Umlauts still incorrect in window titles

Description

The fix in 4.0.5/6 fixed the umlaut problems I have previously been experiencing, except one, which I suspect might therefore be a separate bug, so I am reporting it as such. (Thanks for the fix, BTW!)

Steps to reproduce:

1) Start composing a new draft 2) Type characters with umlauts into subject field 3) Observe the window title

Expected results: Characters to be displayed as in subject field

Actual results: Still displayed incorrectly
