Mulberry won't open or save attachments containing umlauts in the filename

Description

Mulberry is unable to save attachments that contain umlauts in their filename. Double clicking an attachment or right-clicking and selecting "View Parts" or "Extract Parts" doesn't do anything at all except for a short flicker of the screen, but the "save as" window won't open.

Sending mails with attachments with Umalut in their name also fails.
