"Move to folder" and "Create folder" don't work with IMAIL Messaging Server

Description
At home I run a Linux box that runs Cyrus IMAPD. The boss runs Ipswitch IMAIL 2006, which includes an IMAP component, on Win2k3 Server.
- At work, I use IMAP to access my mailbox and when I want to create a mailbox, I have to create it twice. It apparently doesn't get created the first time. I suspect that this is due to the way IMAIL stores mail folders on the server.
- Sometimes I'll move mail from one folder to another, after which the emails are supposed to be marked as deleted from the original folder, but they don't always get marked deleted, even though I can see that they were copied into the new folder.
Neither of these things happens with my personal IMAP account running on my Cyrus server.
Thanks,
Steve Sobol

I found that by editing the Windows registry entries for Mulberry 4.0.4 that this problem with copying went away. Change Tickle Interval from 1500 to 180 and Tickle Interval Expire from 300 to 30. This worked for me on Win2K using my University's large (65K+ accounts) Iplanet IMAP server.
