mulberry doesn't seem to support a way to ask GPG to fetch a new key

It seems that Mulberry does not have any way to ask for GPG to fetch a new key and add it to the local key ring, nor does it seem there's any way to use a new key fetched from outside of Mulberry without stopping and re-starting Mulberry; at least none that I've found. The apparent lack of this feature makes it very difficult and annoying to deal with verifying the signatures, or decryption, of new messages from as-yet unknown senders.

Turn on the auto-key-retrieve option in your gpg.conf file and gpg itself will retrieve the key when verifying.
