Flags contextual menu stops working

The contextual menu for assigning flags to messages stops working after a while. I know of three ways to change message flags: the menu Message -> Flags, an optional button in the toolbar and the contextual menu. Initially after launching Mulberry all three variants works as expected. After some time, however, the contextual menu doesn't work anymore. To be precise: the main contextual menu opens, the Flags entry is still there and looks like its has a submenu, but when I move the mouse over it, nothing happens. The submenu with the flags doesn't open.

This bug has been around for a while.
