Description
I was pleased to find that Mulberry uses format=flowed. However, this only works on an initial send or on the latest item in a reply. On a mail that has gone backwards and forwards several times the previous text gets wrapped - and in increasingly bizarre ways. It is possible for two users to send replies backwards and forwards multiple times if one is using, say, Thunderbird, and the other, say, Apple Mail and *all* text - even quoted text - gets automatically re-flowed. Not so with Mulberry. It would be nice if its inability to reflow quoted text was fixed. And for display, if it is implementing format=flowed (as any modern email client *should*) it ought to drop those inserted "greater-than" characters in favor of quote-bars - at least *by default* it should. It's what Thunderbird, Mail (and, I think, Eudora) do - and correct implementation of format=flowed is also good for those recipients who may be reading mail on those increasingly important small-screen devices:
