error on send via gmail.com's smtp servers

every time i use mulberry to send a message out using gmail's smtp server, althoug the message *is* successfully sent, i, nonetheless get an error message:

Error = 54 while sending 'QUIT' command to SMTP server. Account: ...

although it seems 'just' an annoyance, rather than a functional problem, can't roll this out to clients ...

fwiw, neither apple mail.app, nor thunderbird have this problem.

ok, this has moved 'up' from annoyance.

in 2 cases now, where mulberry was being tested, it's been seen as sufficient rationale to REMOVE mulberry.

"sending errors" are considered not a "good thing" ...

Looks fixed on 4.0.7b1. I was observing this same error with 4.0.6. Tested on MacOSX (PPC).
