Description

When I subscribe to iCal-calendars in Mulberry, every time I start Mulberry or activate a calendar I have to dismiss hundreds of event reminders for historical events.

This is on Mac and the subscribed calendars are mostly published by Mac-users using iCal.

This has happened to me, too — except it seems like thousands of alerts: goes on for literally 20 minutes, and takes 10-15 minutes of sitting on the Return key to dismiss them all. Mulberry is locked up during this whole procedure.

Afterward, I looked at a cross-section of my alarmed events, and in the Alarm tab they were all marked "Completed."

Then I opened Preferences to see if I could somehow turn Calendar alarms off (doesn't seem so), and when exiting Preferences, the thousands of alerts started again. Had to force-quit the program.

This bug makes the Calendar unusable.
