Mulberry 4.08 crashes after Start on NT4

Description
After starting Mulberry 4.08 on an Windows NT4 SP6 Terminal Server it crashed with a memory dump. See attached files. This is reproducible. It is the first start of Mulberry on this machine (never got it to start).
