mime/multipart missing rfc822 attachments in formatted style

In certain cases of mime/multipart messages, the rfc822 attachments are not properly extracted by Mulberry while viewing the message in Formatted mode until the user logs off and logs back on. (Of course the entire mesage can be viewed via Raw source option).

This appears to be quite intermittant; some mime/multipart messages show correct parts data and other do not, even though they are all originating from the same MUA. In all cases the message originate from Mailman (mailman attaches the message-for-moderation as rfc822 to the moderation request mail).

(as a note, when Mulberry fails to do the attachment extraction, the message flag in the message list window also fails to show the presence of attachments in the message, even though there are clear mime/multipart boundaries in the original message.)
