Wrong filename when uploading web calendar

Description
After uploading a webcalendar CALENDARNAME originally named FILENAME.ics on the server the uploaded file is named something like FILENAMECALENDARNAME.ics.ics. I.e. there is an additional .ics even when I leave CALENDARNAME blank.
