Rule to synchronize a message

Description
Feature request. I would like to have a new incoming message to be synchronized, when I get it or when I opened it. This will extremly shorten Disconnection-times.
Easy solution would be to have a new rule action "synchronize message". For incoming messages this rule could be selected and that's it.
