Problem with searching for name on ScheduleWorld LDAP

Description
I have set up LDAP in Mulberry to access a contacts list on ScheduleWorld, but searching for any Full Name always fails. If I search for another field (eg Phone Work) then it works - and it correctly displays the name that it previously failed to find. Searching for Name in Thunderbird against the same SW contacts list always works.

Further experiments show that if the attribute for Name: under the "Attributes 1" tab is changed from the default (cn) to "displayName" it then works correctly. I don't know why "cn" doesn't work as it seems to be set to the same value.
