Crashes often under Vista

While Mulberry was very stable under Windows XP/2000, it crashes very often under Vista. In particular, I noticed that whenever there were a few windows opened under Microsoft Office 2003, or IE Explorer 7, or Adobe Acrobat Reader 8, Mulberry would first report "unable to create new window" if I tried to draft a new message, then it crashed and cannot be restarted. The only solution would be either close all other Microsoft windows, or sometimes even to restart the whole computer. Another program with strong conflict is Kingsoft Power Word 2006, and Mulberry crashes almost everytime when I start that software.
