Send to mail recipient does not work

Description
Don't know if the culprit is Mulberry, Windows or Office, the problem is still annoying though.
When I use the File -> Send to -> Mail recipient in any MS Office the 'sending' app (i.e. Word, Excel) hangs. When doing the same from Explorer nothing happens. This problem was present in 4.0.7 and still exists in 4.0.9.
