GPG-Plugin doesn't find current GnuPG

Description
According to GPG the GPG plugin looks for the path to gpg.exe in value gpgProgram of the registry key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\GNU\GnuPG. Current versions of the GnuPG installer for Windows do not create this value. Instead they store the installation path in the value "Install Directory" of the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\GNU\GnuPG. The plugin should look there first.
