Tied Address Books

It would be nice if there were tied address books, e.g. the ability to tie an address book to an identity and/or a mailbox or cabinet, so that only contacts from particular address books are searched depending on what you're doing. For example, if I'm in my Work INBOX and I have my Work identity tied to that mailbox, and I compose a message to "Susan", I don't want all the Susans I know to come up, I only want the Susan in my department. And vice-versa when I'm composing a message using my Personal identity.
