Support digest unpacking

Description

Mulberry does not recognize multipart/digest and hence cannot permit/ aid users in replying to one entry in a digest. This should be in the queue somewhere -- it is not urgent.

If you display the advanced parts list in a draft it is possible to click on the blue diamond buttons to the right of a message/rfc822 and open that message in its own window allowing it to be replied to, copied etc. If you have suggestion on how to improve this please re-open the ticket and provide details.
