I-Bar mouse pointer disappears when over a link

Description
v4.0.9a1 on Windows, as I hover my mouse over a link in a 'Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1; format=flowed' message the mouse pointer, usually an I-bar, disappears.
Clicking still activates the link.
P.S. Can we have a v4.0.9a1 in the version drop down please?
