Draft window editing text pane content gets corrupted

Description
When writing a draft, text scrolls up so that text cursor goes at top of editing text pane or end of message is at bottom.
Text pane content is not correctly refreshed.
This happens to me when switching application (Alt+Tab keys in Windows) or calling an application from the traybar.
Need to iconify and de-iconify draft window to get correct layout. If this is not done, editing continues at actual position in text (when text was not scrolled), not at displayed position in window. Quite confusing...
Seems like a kind of refresh bug
