New rules are not saved until quit

When I create rules (and change certain settings) I always have to quit Mulberry to make sure the changes are saved. Since Mulberry is quite unstable (but thanks to its good recovery capabilities I seldom lose data so this tendence to crash is inconvienient at worst) I have several times lost a lot of work due to a crash several days after I set up a complex system of e.g., rules.
