composing on Windows, sometimes scrolling causes text to show when its not really there twice

Description
when composing in WinXP in Mulberry v4.06, I frequently experience a strange phenomenon whereby a see the text i just typed show up twice. but if i scroll it will sometimes correct it. the text isn't actuall there twice, it just LOOKS like its there twice. note: i am not on drugs and have been using mublerrys since v2.x
