Description

Some CA certs are missing from 4.0.7b1, but were previously included. Some of these correlate to Equifax/Geotrust/whoever they are now.

I am not seeing this in my current copy. Click on the Mulberry app icon and do 'Show Package Contents', then go to the Plug-ins/CACerts folder and see if e.g. 57692373.0 is present. Note the number of items in that folder ought to be 65. Re-open if there is still a problem.
