In-Reply-To and References Headers lost after saving draft

Description
Start a reply to a message, save it as a draft, close the draft. Go to drafts folder, view message with all headers; it has In-Reply-To and References headers.
Now open it, save and close the draft again. The headers are gone, and if you send the draft now, sorting by thread doesn't word anymore.
