Improved laptop friendliness

Since laptops are used differently from desktop computers Mulberry needs to accomodate this different usage pattern. My main gripe is that I want to be able to just close the lid on my computer and bring it with me and next time I open it all mail that had arrived at the time I closed the lid should be available. Today I have to manually sync with the mail server before I close the lid. It is both easy to forget to perform this sync as well as, sometimes, very time consuming (i.e., when I am on a GPRS-connection).

I would like to have a (several) setting(s) like:

() Automatically download/sync received mail for offline use
