"Reject" feature not working in 4.0.6

Description
I used the "Reject" feature once in a while under 4.0.4 and before. I'm not sure if it was also broken in 4.0.5 but it isn't working for any messages in 4.0.6. I just get an error that "The message cannot be rejected as it does not contain the required headers to generate the reject message".
I'm using the windows version.
