Keyboard scrolling should work like it does in a browser

Description

One of the few things about Mulberry that bug me is that hitting the down-arrow key while reading a mail brings me back to the top of the mail. The reason is of course that the cursor is at the top. Still that's counterintuitive, because most other (mail) apps these days use the browser model, i.e. they scroll the current view when you hit down. I just double-checked that e.g. Thunderbird and Mail.app don't have a cursor for the message view window. I think that's one paradigm Mulberry should emulate.

Actually I think the current behavior is right for an app that allows you to select and manipulate the selection of read-only text. Without a proper insertion point flashing its hard to see where you are particularly if you are selecting part of a line etc. The space bar does scroll down like it does in a browser.

Given the above I am proposing not making any change.
