After configuring Mulberry 4.0.6 with MulberryAdmin? 4.0.2 in kiosk mode using IMSP, Mulberry cannot start in disconnected mode if there is no network connection. It complains it cannot find DNS information for IMSP server...

The problem occurs on a machine where Mulberry 4.0.4 works properly. Restoring 4.0.4, it works too. So it should not be a configuration issue but rather a problem in 4.0.6.

I just tested 4.0.7 and this issue seems to be fixed.
