Description

IANA defines a great number of aliases for charset iso-8859-1

Mulberry seems not to handle all of them. This email (raw format here) just gets question marks. this is when running with LC_ALL=sv_SE.ISO8859-1 on FreeBSD (Linux emulation)

Well the IANA registry at http://www.iana.org/assignments/character-sets does NOT contain an alias 'ISO8859-1' so arguably the client that generated that is wrong.
