Non-standard timezone names

Description
In the vtimezones.ics file some timezones seem to have strange names. I live in New Zealand and we definitely don't call our timezone 'ART', for example.
Ideally each timezone would also contain an X-LIC-LOCATION field with something like "Pacific/Auckland" as well as the TZID and TZNAME.
I have used vzic to compile the current Olson database into VCALENDAR files and rebuilt the vtimezones.ics file from that. Having done so the timezone names displayed in Mulberry are not really designed for human consumption in that case, since the TZID field becomes /somedomain/DYYYYMMDD/Pacific/Auckland. It works though :-)
